Murdoch James ‘Blue Rock’ Martinborough Pinot Noir 2006

Pinot Noir from New Zealand - Wairarapa & Wellington
Review Date : 06-Feb-2011
Light garnet red with hues of purple, the bouquet displayed savoury red berry fruits alongside varnish oak resin. On palate, the fruit was in the darker spectrum, though a little hard and dry in expression. The resiny oak elements detracted a little, but generally this was well-structured.  Oct 2010
