Even, dark ruby-red colour with slight purple hues, youthful in appearance. The nose is fresh with tightly bound, penetrating aromas of fragrant dark red cherry fruit, expressed with purity and clarity, revealing subtle underlying dark thyme herbal notes, and vibrant red florals. Medium-full bodied, fresh, lively and vibrant, sweet fruit flavours of red cherry and berry fruit feature on the palate along with subtle dark herbal elements. The fruit has concentration, precision and focus and flows along a fine-textured, moderately extracted line. Brisk and racy acidity enlivens the mouthfeel and sweet fruit flavours carry to a lingering, mouthwatering and juicy finish. This is a crisp and vibrant, juicy and mouthwatering Pinot Noir with red cherry fruit and fresh mouthfeel. Serve with firm=fleshed fish, poultry, pork and antipasto over the next 3-4 years.
