Bright, even, pale yellow with a green hue. The attractive bouquet is filled with aromas of lychee, poached pear, rose water and Turkish delight. Medium-light bodied, aromas of fresh pear and starfruit entwined with rose water, ginger and Turkish delight. The palate is dry with fresh acidity, carrying spice through a lightly oily mouthfeel and lends a spiced, crisp finish. Match with fish satay and five-spice pork over the next 2-3 years.
