Bright, even, medium blush pink. The nose is vibrant and full, with strawberry, cherry, watermelon, and rich floral aromas. Medium-full bodied, dry-ish to taste, ripe cherry and wild strawberry aromas entwined with watermelon, pepper and rose petals. A silky mouthfeel packed with fruit and black pepper lingers on the finish. This Pinot Noir Rosé is generous with flavours on a smooth palate and a juicy, crisp finish. Serve as an aperitif or match with charcuteries over the next 2-3 years. Fruit from 100% Earnscluegh, 50% destemmed and crushed to press, 2 hours on skins, fermented in stainless steel to 13% alc, 2g/l RS. 18.5/20 pts (93 pts) Oct 2023 RRP $27.50
