Bright, very pale pink with slight purple hues, lighter on the rim. The nose is fresh and clean, a little restrained in expression initially with aromas of red cherries along with subtle notes of red florals and hints of mouthwatering minerals. This is still taut, but unfolds refreshing herb suggestions with aeration. Dryish to taste, the palate is bright and lively with attractive fragrant red floral notes with lifted confectionary and a base of red cherry fruit, along with minerals and herbs. The mouthfeel is refreshing and flows along a light-textured phenolic line with bright, lacy acidity, leading to an aromatic finish of florals and confectionary. A little shy on the nose, this is a bright and vibrant, aromatic, dryish rosé with red floral and cherry fruit and soft, mouthwatering mineral motes and a littlr confectionary on a light-textured palate. Serve as an aperitif and with canapés over the next 2 years. A blend of early pick Pinot Noir and saignee wine, plus approx. 5% Tempranillo, cool-fermented in stainless-steel to 12.0% alc. and approx. 6 g/L RS. 17.5/20 Oct 2018 RRP $15.99
