Bright, pale straw yellow, even colour throughout. The nose is voluminous and gentle, with citrus, apple, pear, beeswax and five-spice aromas. Medium-bodied, aromas of apple, pear, lemon sherbet and a touch of grapefruit melded with beeswax and five-spice. There's a richness and savoury element on the palate; vibrant acidity flows with five-spice to a refreshing finish. This richly flavoured Pinot Gris shows a lush palate of bright fruit, spice and beeswax complexity and a spiced finish.
