Mora Bannockburn Pinot Gris 2022, Central Otago

Pinot Gris from New Zealand - Central Otago & Waitaki
Review Date : 14-Dec-2022
Bright, even, pale yellow. The nose is elegantly full, filled the glass with white honeysuckle, ripe pear, quince and an amalgam spice. Medium-full bodied, dry to taste, aromas of pear and quince melded with honeysuckle, lily, gingernut and nutmeg. The mouthfeel is broad and textural with fine-textured phenolic; lively acidity carries spice to a long, warm finish. This textural Pinot Gris is packed with orchard fruit, spice with floral adorned a refreshing palate. Match with pulled pork tacos and chicken terrine over the next 3-4 years.
