Bright, even, pale yellow with some depth. The nose is elegantly full, with aromas of apple, Nashi pear, blossom and a touch of spice. Medium-bodied, aromas of apple and Nashi pear, entwined with five-spice and subtle blossom. An oily mouthfeel flows with elegance and poise, with crisp acidity, carrying subtle spice and driving a long, crisp finish. This Pinot Gris has a fine, textural palate, crunchy fruit and crisp acid balance. Match with kingfish crudo and chicken terrine over the next 3 years.
