Bright, even, pale yellow with some depth. Fine, consistent bead. The nose is full, with aromas of apple, lemon, roasted nuts and toast. Medium-full bodied, aromas of baked apple and lemon, enriched by roasted nuts and toast. The palate is creamy with good weight, bright acidity counterbalancing the toasty elements and providing freshness to a flavoursome finish. Match with poultry and salmon over the next 5 years.
