Bright, even, medium straw-gold. Full bouquet, immediately well-packed aromas of toasted almonds and coconuts, charred corn with butter, white chocolate are melded with stonefruit, citrus underlay. Medium-full bodied, brisk nuances of stonefruit and pink grapefruit interweaved toasty almonds and coconuts. The wine is lively with balanced acidity; a note of lemon sherbet linger to the finish. Creamy mouthfeel provides a smooth palate; subtle oak spices flows along a light-textured phenolic line to a dry, moderate finish. This is a creamy Chardonnay with aromas of stonefruit and pink grapefruit, toasty almonds and coconuts details on a creamy textural palate. Match with chicken and pork over the next 2 years. Handpicked, whole bunch pressed to barrels, wild and inoculated fermentation on high solids to 13% alc. 50% new barrels. Aged on lees for 11 months, 75% MLF.
