Review Date : 05-May-2023
Bright, even, pale salmon. The nose is elegant, with raspberry, red cherry and hibiscus aromas. Medium-bodied, raspberry and red cherry aromas entwined with hibiscus, white pepper, greengage plum and saline. The acidity is vibrant and delicate, smooth-flowing with fine-textured phenolics, leaving a silky palate. This bright, red-fruited Rosé possesses a fine acid line and a smooth flow. Serve as an aperitif or match with crispy pork belly over the next 3 years. Clone 115 fermented in stainless steel to 13% alc, 6 g/l RS, aged in old oak barrels for 3-4 months, no MLF. 18.5/20 pts (93 pts) May 2023 RRP $30
