Bright, light sttaw-yellow colour with slight green hues on rim. This has a softly concentrated nose of pungent passionfruit interwoven with fresh herbal and minerally nuances. The aromatics grow in intensity and punchiness with aeration. Dryish to taste, softly luscious and sweet flavours of passionfruit form a deep core with a finely textured line. The mouthfeel is fresh and lively with bright and brisk acidity balancing the fruit richness, and the wine flows harmoniously to a crisp, dry, lingering finish with pungent fruit nuances. This is a softly concentrated, pungent Sauvignon Blanc with balance and freshness. Serve with seafood, goats cheese and herb-marinated poultry dishes over the next 2 years.
