Pale straw-yellow with a gold hue, even colour throughout. The nose is vibrant, soft nuances of gooseberries, golden kiwi fruit, melded with fresh-cut herbs and lime flowers blinding the aromas together. Dry to taste, medium-light bodied, fresh aromas of pineapple, gooseberries, golden kiwi are soft, subtle citrus peel spices linger with herbs and lime flowers. Mouthwatering minerals flow along a thirst-quenching acid line with good energy and vitality. The wine has a lovely balanced with lively yet soft acidity and subtle underlying interests. This Sauvignon Blanc possesses flavours of tropical fruit with subtle fragrant lime flowers and fresh-cut herbs on a thirst-quenching mineral drive. Match with mussels and summer salad over the next 2-3 years. Fruit from dry-farmed Knight's Road vineyard, cool-fermented to 13% alc, 3.37 g/l RS. Aged on lees.
