Martinborough Vineyard ‘Te Tera’ Martinborough Pinot Noir 2012

Pinot Noir from New Zealand - Wairarapa & Wellington
Review Date : 08-Dec-2013
Dark ruby-red colour with good depth, youthful in appearance. This has a sweet and full nose with deep, ripe fruit aromas of classical dark cherries and berries, unfolding some spice elements and hints of dried herb interest. Medium-bodied, rich and sweet flavours of well-ripened black berry fruits form a fine and concentrated core and linear palate. This is classical Pinot Noir varietal fruit with very fine-grained tannins supporting the palate flow. The mouthfeel is one of balanced liveliness and a very refined linear drive and finish. This is a balanced, classically constructed black-fruited Pinot Noir that will develop another 5+ years. 18.5+/20 Dec 2013 RRP $N/A
