Martinborough Vineyard Martinborough Terrace Pinot Noir 2011

Pinot Noir from New Zealand - Wairarapa & Wellington
Review Date : 27-Jul-2015
Dark ruby-red with garnet hues, some bottle-age colour. The nose is very full and voluminous, with a broad array of ethereal savoury aromatics. Lovely ripe red fruits and florals at the base, with dried herb, earth, game, and cedary secondary layers, all interwoven and integrated. Medium to medium-full bodied, the smooth and seamlessness of the palate is the highlight. Lovely savoury red fruits and florals that show spices, game, undergrowth and smoke. Secondary development and whole cluster influence? Very fine-grained and supple textures, with piquant acidity carrying the wine to the finish. 18.5+/20 Jul 2015 RRP $75.00
