Traisental, max. of 5% botryris, stainless-steel fermented to 13.5% alc. and 5.8 g/L rs, with aging in big cask. Quite complex and complete on bouquet, with breadth and layers of aromas, toasty development, yellow citrus and stonefruit with earth and minerally terroir. Excellent balance on palate, with waves of flavour, all interwoven, fruit and honey, earth and toast, supported by lively and crisp acidity. Textures build and provide line and structure, and very much in harmony. 19.0-/20 Feb 2013
