Bright, pale salmon, even colour throughout. The nose is gently full and fresh, with aromas of strawberries and red berries melded with minerals and a hint of floral. Medium-light bodied, dry to taste, aromas of strawberries and red berries interweave grapefruit, blossom and crunchy minerals. The wine is vibrant with an excellent acid backbone, flows with focus and has a chalky texture with a crisp, dry finish. This crisp Rosé is lively and fresh with mouthwatering acidity and a dry finish. Serve as an aperitif or match with prawn cocktail over the next 2-3 years.
