Pinot Noir from New Zealand - Hawke's Bay
Review Date : 07-Feb-2011
Intensely coloured with purple-ruby hues. This combined a mixture of ripe dark fruits with herb, sappy and stalk notes on the bouquet. On palate, the greener elements won out, and oak resin elements along with acidity were prominent, showing over fruit sweetness. The extraction kicked in on mid palate and finish. Oct 2010
