Bright, even, pale yellow. The nose is softly full and elegant, with aromas of citrus and stonefruit entwined with spice and nutty oak elements. Medium-bodied, aromas of lemon, lemon peels and grapefruit form a taut core, unfolding apricot, almond and spice. A creamy mouthfeel softens the citrus, zesty details; acid tension drives focus and persists to a long finish. This elegant Chardonnay is well-structured with a citrus core, spice and balanced nutty oak influence. Match with groper and pork over the next 3-5 years.
