Bright, even, pale yellow with some depth. The nose is full, rich aromas of ripe pear, apple, honey and white floral. Medium-full bodied, dry-ish to taste, concentrated aromas of succulent pear and apple melded with spiced honey and white floral. The mouthfeel is weighty and almost unctuous. The fruit is ripe with good acidity balance, left linger to a refreshing finish. This amiable Pinot Gris possesses pear and apple fruit, rich honey and spice details on a broad palate.
