Bright, even, pale peach-pink. Moderately fine bead. The nose is attractive and fragrant with aromas of strawberry, cherry and a hint of floral. Medium-bodied, dry to taste, aromas of strawberry and cherry carry by lively acidity, effervescent uplifts the flavour, enveloping hints of zesty spice and peppery linger. This dry sparkling is fresh and straightforward with red fruit and delicate spice. Serve as an aperitif or match with cold cuts over the next 2-3 years.
