Bright, even, pale straw yellow. The nose is packed with aromas of passionfruit, guava, mango, fresh herbs and subtle spice. Medium-bodied, aromas of passionfruit, guava and mango are mouth-filling, adorned by basil, oregano, citrus zest and white pepper. The fruit exhibits concentration, good weight, palate, and ripeness. Layering spices and fresh herbs add interest. This Sauvignon Blanc is complex and generous, beautifully balanced with a sustained finish. Fruit from Dillon's Point, partially whole-bunch pressed and aged in a mix of seasoned French and American oak barriques. 13% alc. 19/20 pts (95 pts) Jun 2025 RRP $45
