Deep ruby-red with a purple core, even colour throughout. The nose is fresh and gently full, with aromas of bramble, bried herb and violet. Medium-bodied, aromas of blackberry and blueberry melded with violet, dried herb and nutmeg. The fruit is pure and playful, supported by lively acidity, soft tannins and a touch of spice frames the juicy fruit and provides a light structure for early consumption. A blend of Carignan, Cinsault, Grenache and Syrah. The fruit was destemmed and crushed, fermented in cement tanks to 13.5% alc. 18/20 pts (90 pts) Jul 2025 RRP $24.99
