Bright, even, pale yellow. The nose is softly full, with aromas of pear, apple, white floral and a touch of ginger. Medium-bodied, dryish to taste, aromas of pear and apple melded with ginger, white blossoms and a touch of honey. The fruit shows purity, elevated by spice, and crisp acidity drives a refreshing, dry finish. Match with spiced pork chop and dumplings over the next 2-3 years. Fermented to 13.5% alc, 3 g/l RS.
