Bright, very pale straw-yellow colour with slight green hues, near colourless on rim. This has a fresh, softly voluminous bouquet of ripe passionfruit aromas with a harmonious lift, revealing deep, concentrated pungency in the glass. Dry to taste, the palate is crisp, taut and lean with passionfruit and chalky mineral flavours following a dry-textured, grainy, phenolic line. Crisp, racy and elevated acidity underlines the fruit, enhancing the fruit intensity, carrying the flavours to a long, passionfruity and herbal finish. Fully aromatic, this is a tight and crisp, pasionfruity Sauvignon Blanc with a dry, textural mouthfeel. Serve with seafood, creamy sauce poultry and pasta dishes over the next 18 months to 2 years.
