Bright, even, pale yellow. Gentle, consistent bead. The nose is fresh, with aromas of passionfruit, peach, elderflower and green herbs. Medium-light bodied, aromas of passionfruit and peach, melded with elderflower and a touch of green herb. The fruit is ripe and juicy, layering sweet florals with a touch of herb and showing varietal character. Lively acidity and creamy mousse refresh the palate and lend a pleasing finish with a touch of salinity. Serve as an aperitif or match with seafood over the next 3 years.
