Bright, medium yellow, even colour throughout. This has a voluminous bouquet with aromas of melon, caramelised banana, citrus, spice and butter popcorn. Full-bodied, aromas of melon, caramelised banana, lemon cream enriched by spice, butter popcorn and hazelnut. The wine is full and bright with a vibrant acid balance; toasty details elevate and rich, satisfying closing. Match with roasted pork chops and fowls over the next 3-5 years.
