Bright, even, pale yellow. The nose is fresh, with aromas of Gala apple, passionfruit, grapefruit and blossom. Medium-light bodied, aromas of Gala apple, passionfruit and guava, melded with blossom. The wine is packed with primary fruit, crisp acidity carries a moreish, fruity finish. Match with battered fish and prawns over the next 2-3 years.
