Kate Radburnd ‘Bud Burst’ Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc 2010

Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand - Marlborough
Review Date : 07-Jun-2011
Very pale straw-yellow colour with youthful green hues, this has a light, but definite nose of gooseberries, tropical fruits, nectarines and fresh herbs. Dry to taste, this has bright lime, herb and passionfruit flavours, quite delicately poised with fresh acidity matching the subtle sweetness and succulence of the fruit. The wine is softly refreshing. Up-front and easy to appreciate, this will be a match with antipasto, seafood, salads and vegetable dishes over the next two years. Cool, stainless-steel fermented to 13.5% alc. and 2 g/L rs. 16.0+/20 Jun 2011 RRP $20.0
