Full, deep ruby-red, even colour throughout. The nose is rich and full, packed with blackberry, dark plum, dried herb, cedar and tobacco leaf aromas. Medium-full bodied, blackberry and ripe dark plum aromas entwined with tobacco leaf and cedar. The mouthfeel is rich, coated with fine-grained tannins. The fruit is succulent and bright with a fine acid backbone. This Shiraz Cabernet shows vibrant and juicy fruit with a fresh acid line and a fine-grained tannin structure. Match with grilled steak and roasted lamb shoulder over the next 8+ years.
