Bright, very pale straw colour, pale on rim, with fine bubble and moderately persistent bead. This has a softly fresh, clean nose with aroma of white stonefruits and apples along with nuances of white florals and a suggestion of nuts, the aromatics fine in presentation and easily accessible. Medium-dry to medium in taste and light bodied, fresh and up-front, lively flavours of white stonefruits, florals and sweet apples unveil hints of honeysuckle. The effervescence is soft and along with light acidity lends freshness. Subtle drying phenolic textures emerge and carry the wine to a light, dry finish of apples. This is a fresh, light, upfront Prosecco with clean stonefruit and apple flavours and a dry finish. Serve as an anytime sparkling over the next 18 months to 2 years. Prosecco fruit from South East Australia, cool-fermented fermented to 9.5% alc. and 20 g/L RS. Made by the Charmat method. 15.5+/20 Oct 2015 RRP $17.29
