Jacob’s Creek ‘Le Petit Rosé Australia 2017

Rose from Australia - Other
Review Date : 21-Oct-2017
Bright, very pale salmon-pink colour, lighter on the edge. The nose is very delicate with light and subtle, but fresh aromas of white stonefruits with nuances of red berry fruit and red florals, and a thirst-quenching minerality. Dry to taste and light-medium bodied, the palate has a tight, mouthwatering core of white stonefruits with a suggestion of red fruits and florals, along with mineral nuances. The mouthfeel is bright and zesty, and the wine flows along a fine-textured, dry line, leading to a crisp, minerally finish. This is a crisp, zesty, delicately flavoured dry rosé with stonefruit flavours and suggestions of red fruits and florals, with a mouthwatering, minerally finish in the Provence rosé style. Serve as an aperitif and with canapes over the next 2 years. A blend of Pinot Noir, Grenache and Mataro, cool-fermented to 12.4% alc. 17.0/20 Oct 2017 RRP $16.99
