Bright, even, pale yellow gold with some depth and a green hue. The nose is forward and perfumed, with aromas of floral, pineapple, stonefruit and a touch of minerals. Medium-full bodied, aromas of frangipani, pineapple and apricot, enriched by hints of pastry and umami savouriness. The fruit is ripe with tropical boldness and body; layering minerals and a touch of pastry add interest. Match with grilled mackerel and sea urchin pasta over the next 3 years. Cold skin maceration fo 8/10 hours, fermented in temperature-controlled vats to 12.5% alc, aged on lees in tanks for 2 months. 18/20 pts (90 pts) Feb 2025 RRP $22
