Bright, light golden-yellow colour, a little lighter on the edge. The nose is fresh with softly full aromas of white stonefruits entwined with nutty oak and flinty lees elements, along with creamy barrel suggestions. The aromatics are easy and accessible, unfolding citrus and tropical fruits and toasty hints. Medium-bodied, the palate has fresh and lively stonefruit flavours entwined with citrus fruits and tropical fruits, along with nutty oak and creamy lemon-curd nuances. The palate has crisp acidity providing energy and the wine flows along a fine-textured line. leading to a subtle finish of stonefruits and nuts. This is a fresh and lively, stonefruited and citrus flavoured Chardonnay with subtle nutty oak on a brisk palate. Match with seafood and poultry over the next 3+ years.
