Hãhã Brut Rosé NV

Sparkling Wine from New Zealand - Other
Review Date : 29-Jul-2020
Bright, light rose-pink with a peach hue; bubbles are moderately fine and persistent. The nose is youthful and vibrant with aromas of red florals, red berries, along with fresh herbs and yellow stonefruit, unveiling subtle notes of baking and mealy as it aerated. Medium-bodied, dry to taste with a hint of sweetness. Aromas of red fruit and red florals melded with fresh herbs and bread detail, brisk and lively. The palate is fresh with mouthwatering acidity; smooth-flowing with good energy and a light phenolic drip, balancing the bread and yeast detail, added interest. This is a youthful, thirst-quenching sparkling rosé with flavours of red fruit, red florals, along with herbs and yeasty, bread detail, lingers to a fresh and dry finish. Match with salmon sushi and tempura with ponzu over the next 2 years. 17/20 pts July 2020 RRP
