Deep ruby-black, lighter on edge. This has a broody and herbaceous bouquet filled with dark herb, earth, black cherry and plum aromas. Medium-full bodied, aromas of black cherry and plum entwined with thyme, earth and subtle savoury details. The smooth tannin framework provides a light grip and reflects dark herbs and earthy notes. Balanced, lively acidity lends a savoury, earthy finish. This youthful, savoury Pinot Noir possesses dark fruit and herb with a polished mouthfeel.
