Ruby-red colour with good depth youthful purple hue on the rim. This has a savoury, earthy bouquet filled with black cherry and plum interweaved spice, ashes dust and herb. Medium-bodied, aromas of black cherry, young plum and red berry melded with ashy earth and herb. The wine is youthful with raw beauty; supple tannin lightly veiled the palate, and lively acidity carries to a soft, juicy finish. This Pinot Noir is youthful and juicy, with natural beauty and a smooth palate. Match with pork pie and cured meat over the next 2 years.
