Full, deep purple, even colour throughout. The nose is rich with dark herbs, cherry and blackberry, with a suggestion of floral fragrance. Full-bodied, red berry and cherry fill the palate, along with hints of dark herbs. Fine-grained tannins reflect an earthy nuance and a slightly smoky texture. Lively acidity provides vibrancy to the rich palate. Match with grilled meat or beef ribs over the next 3-4 years.
