Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand - Marlborough
Review Date : 12-Nov-2024
Bright, even, pale yellow gold with a light green hue. The nose is voluminous and fresh, with aromas of pineapple, guava, citrus, tomato vine and sweet floral. Medium-bodied, aromas of pineapple, guava and lime entwined with tomato vine, elderflower and mango. Zesty spice and a light phenolic texture layer on the ripe fruit add complexity. The juicy yet zingy line of acidity carries vivacious aromas to a zesty, long finish. Match with kokoda and pork ribs over the next 3+ years.
