Forrest Marlborough Albarino 2015

Other White from New Zealand - Marlborough
Review Date : 31-Aug-2016
Forrest believe Albarino is better suited to Marlborough than Gruner Veltline and Arneis. Bright straw-yellow. Light on the nose with white floral lift, fresh and steely with mineral notes. Dry to taste, a little shy in fruit expression, the white florals showing attractive lift. Palate backed by zesty acidity and very fine textures, quite thirst-quenching. 13.0% alc. and 2.4 g/L RS, TA 6.7 g/L and pH 3.32. 200 cases made. 18.0-/20 Aug 2016 RRP $25.00
