Bright, even, pale yellow with a light green sheen. The nose is crisp and gentle with aromas of orchard fruit, citrus and blossom. Medium-light bodied, dry to taste, aromas of pear and apple melded with citrus zest, pear blossom and a faint hint of white pepper. The wine is elegant and dry with some depth. Lively acidity carries a fine-textured palate to a lightly peppery lingering. Match with kingfish crudo and flesh-fried paua over the next 3-4 years. Fermented to 12.5% alc.
