Dark, deep ruby-red colour. This has a full and deeply packed nose of dark-red and black fruits with plums, liquorice, savoury dark herbs, funky earth and mineral notes. Robust and fulsome on palate, the powerful and rich fruit flavours are entwined with dark herbs, game, earth and mineral flavours. The fruit is encased by plenty of grip with firm tannin structure. The fruit has primary expression and the mouthfeel is still youthful. This is a bold wine which can handle some more time to come together.
