Brilliant, pale colour. The nose is soft, gentle and harmonious, with lime and honeysuckle, and distinctive flinty, mineral complexities. This smells ‘textured’. Medium to taste, but with dry tendencies, rich and luscious with lime fruit and honey. Vibrantly alive and juicy, guided by the finest phenolic line. This grows in richness as it progresses, but is perfectly countered and balanced by dancing acidity. Absolutely racy and simultaneously incredibly rich. Stunning tension.
