Rosé from New Zealand - Marlborough
Review Date : 29-Jun-2026
Bright, eve, pale salmon with a coral hue. The nose is gently full, with aromas of ripe strawberry, cherry, stonefruit and rose. Medium-full bodied, aromas of ripe strawberry, nectarine and cherry, melded with rose petals and gentle peppery spice. The primary fruit is ripe and rich, broadened by a touch of sweetness, and Lively acidity lends a fruity finish. Serve as an aperitif or match with salami over the next 2-3 years. The fruit was machine-harvested and field-destemmed, then pressed into stainless-steel tanks for cool fermentation with selected yeast strains. 13% alc, 5 g/l RS. 17.5/20 pts (88 pts) Jun 2026 RRP $24.95
