Escarpment ‘Kupe’ Martinborough Pinot Noir 2006

Pinot Noir from New Zealand - Wairarapa & Wellington
Review Date : 06-Feb-2011
Though with a dark ruby red colour, this was shy and muted on nose, though the ripeness of the dark berry aromatics was a positive. On palate this was dry and less expressive than expected, with alcohol and an earthy complexity showing. This rested on its structure, and was tightly bound.  Oct 2010
