Bright, even, pale blush pink. The nose is attractive, with lifted aromas of red berries, plum, rich floral and spice. Medium-light bodied, aromas of raspberry and greengage plum entwined with rose, spice and saline. The vivid fruit shows concentration and a depth of flavour. The strikingly tangy acidity lifts the palate and carries a silky texture to an enticing, refreshing finish. Well-made and moreish. Serve as an aperitif or match with heirloom tomato salad over the next 3 years. Made from Montepulciano from a single vineyard, fermented with aromatic yeast strains to 12% alc. 19/20 pts (95 pts) Feb 2025 RRP $34.99
