Bright, even, pale salmon. The nose is softly full and vibrant, with raspberry, strawberry and burnt orange aromas melded with salami and spice. Medium-bodied, aromas of strawberry, raspberry and burnt orange entwined with floral, lingering with savoury elements and spice to a dry finish. The mouthfeel is lightly creamy, flows smoothly with balanced acidity. This Tempranillo Rose shows red fruit with savoury details and a dry, refreshing finish. Serve as an aperitif or match with ragu pasta over the next 2 years. 97% Tempranillo from Bridge Pa Triangle, 3% viognier from Te Awanga, fermented to 12.5% alc, aged on lees in tank. 18.5-/20 pts (92 pts) Mar 2023 RRP $29
