Deep, dense ruby-red, even colour throughout. The nose is full and appealing with ripe blackcurrant, plum, vine leaf and tobacco. Full-bodied, dense aromas of blackcurrant and plum entwined with spice, vine leaf and tobacco. The fruit is ripe and dense, enriched by a smooth tannin grip and tobacco hints. Excellent acidity provides freshness. This Cabernet Sauvignon is generous and straightforward, with lush fruit and rich tobacco complexity. Match with beef ribs and steaks over the next 3+ years.
