Bright, even, pale straw yellow. The nose is gently full, with aromas of stonefruit, lily and a touch of spice. Medium-full bodied, aromas of peach and nectarine, entwined with lily and white spice. The creamy mouthfeel flows with refreshing acidity, unfolding white spice and followed by an elegant linger. Match with pork terrine and white fish over the next 3 years.
