Bright, even, pale peach pink with a straw hue. Moderately fine and persistent bead. The nose is soft, with faint strawberry, stonefruit and citrus aromas. Medium-light bodied, aromas of citrus form a taut core, intertwined with a hint of strawberry, stonefruit and blossom. The wine grows richer as it warms up, with a subtle hint of creaminess; lively acidity carries to a refreshing, elegant finish. This is a satisfying sparkling wine with rich fruit, creaminess and a taut acid line. Serve as an aperitif or match with seafood over the next 3 years. 84% Chardonnay, 16% Pinot Noir, 12% alc.
